Returned and exchanged items should be unworn and in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags and labels attached along with the invoices.​

Please note that custom-made pieces, including items tailored to specific measurements, personalized designs, or special orders, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and exclusivity for custom creations, which are uniquely made to your specifications.

Refunds might take up to 7 business days to be credited into your bank account, and 3.00 KWD delivery charge (inside Kuwait) will be applied for any return or exchange.
